Package: gimp Version: 2.2.2-1 Severity: normal I was unable to do a hand drawn select in the native format (xcf), I get only the move cursur without the prior marking pencil whereas if the image is in jpeg format I can do the making and then the move of the selected region. Gimp prefers/recomends to save in the xcf format for working on the image though.
