Patrick gave me a green light to do this, together with access to his
svn server, so we can co-maintain znc.
Would you be ok if I just took over znc-backlog from you?
I would be just embedding the few files within debian/, and building a
znc-backlog binary versioned as 0.20180824+$(znc version), so that
upgrades are easy, and an eventual de-embedding in the future also
stays simple to do.
