This was in some ways an unfortunate misunderstanding on the part of the
manpages maintainer.  The intent of the policy change in question was to
drop the farm of symlinks to undocumented(7), not to drop the page
entirely; I added the customised error message in man-db as part of the
discussion around that policy change.

Still, it's done, and it doesn't feel important enough to relitigate, so
I'll remove the customised error message for my next upload.
