Control: retitle -1 emacs-common: ispell-skip-html is poorly documented, e.g.
for XML

The ispell-skip-html allows one to enable spell checking in XML comments.
But the user has no way to find this configuration variable as it is
not documented in the Emacs manual and does not have "xml" in its name.
Moreover its documentation is just about "SGML markup":

"Indicates whether ispell should skip spell checking of SGML markup.
If t, always skip SGML markup; if nil, never skip; if non-t and non-nil,
guess whether SGML markup should be skipped according to the name of the
buffer's major mode."

which makes no sense for XML (note: that's not even the meaning of
"XML markup").
