Raising the severity to serious since having a reportbug that does not know about the current stable release makes its usage harder for a lot of users. This will also need an update in stretch. Also oldstable_pu needs to be reenabled in debbugs.py, partially reverting ef50a18677aef5d92ed3e229dabdb490b758185f (#902379). Andreas
