Package: suricata-update Version: 1.0.3-2 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer, I just installed the suricata-update package from the Debian buster repo. Before that, I used the github version which worked fine. The "suricata-update" command of the Debian package tries to execute a file /usr/local/bin/suricata-update which doesn't exist (even the folder /usr/local/bin doesn't exist). The right path should be /usr/bin/suricata-update (without local!). best regards Aaron -- System Information: Debian Release: 10.0 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-5-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages suricata-update depends on: ii ca-certificates 20190110 ii python3 3.7.3-1 ii python3-yaml 3.13-2 suricata-update recommends no packages. suricata-update suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
