Runlevel 20 starts many essential daemons like postfix, inetd etc, I don't like putting a server below that. IMHO those packages, that depend upon others should go a bit higher like apache does, too. So I reassign it to tomcat4, maybe its maintainer like to comment. bye, -christian-
