Yes.  I'd be happy to merge and upload if you can just add a
Signed-off-by: to *each* commit (per CONTRIBUTING.md).

I'm keen on the idea that git is a distributed system, so I prefer just
receiving "please consider merging branch foo in repo https://..."; as
you have done here.

(Or, patches in the BTS or in my personal inbox with git-send-email, but
of course pushing a branch is more appropriate in this case, as you
say.)

(there's an authoritative repo for the contents of mailscripts in the
archive on the dgit-repos server)
