Up to 4.11-1 (the version that you reported the bug against) the Debian
packages had a build-conflicts against gcc-mingw-w64-i686 and
gcc-mingw-w64-x86-64.  I changed that in 4.12-1 to the configure flag
"--without-mingw".  Both should have the same result.

So I'm confused now.  Did you find the issue in our 4.11-1 Debian
package, or some other Wine build?

Do you still find the issue in the current package (4.14-1, built
--without-mingw)?

Either I missed something, or your finding in the winehq bug is wrong,
or this bug does not exist in Debian for now.

Generally, of course, the underlying issue needs to be fixed upstream.

But if this is indeed a mingw-w64-only issue, then it's good to know so
that we don't change this in debian too early.
