Package: rdup

I'm in the process of uploading nettle 3.5.1 to unstable. rdup fails to build
with it because it's compiled with -Werror=deprecated-declarations and uses
functions deprecated in the new version. NEWS for the Nettle 3.5 release says:

        * Functions using the old struct aes_ctx have been marked as
          deprecated. Use the fixed key size interface instead, e.g.,
          struct aes256_ctx, introduced in Nettle-3.0.

I suppose this complicates things a bit, as rdup will need to keep track of
the key size itself and call the right function, unless Niels reverses this
decision. Also note that 3.5.1 aborts if the key size isn't 128, 192, or 256
bits. Earlier versions rounded down. I don't think the key has ever been zero-
padded.
