Yes, I had received a private email about this (or rather the related issue concerning r-base-html) for 3.6.1-4; and 3.6.1-5 was one (unsuccessful) attempt in fixing it. It is due to a change in how the package is built and shipped, source (now) versus binary (previously). I haven't had time to squash it.
