Thank you for reporting the bug. I am not sure if we want to keep or remove the package from testing. I will leave that decision to James Valleroy. In case we want to keep it, I have updated the package repository with the changes need to fix this issue. https://salsa.debian.org/freedombox-team/php-klogger I can't upload the package myself.
