Package: ganeti-instance-debootstrap Version: 0.16-6 Severity: wishlist Tags: upstream
Hi, I couldn't find an upstream bug reporting page so I'll send it here. If you have a better idea where the bug tracking happens upstream fo this project, could you please forward this? Currently the option PARTITION_STYLE that one can use in a file under /etc/ganeti/instance-debootstrap/variants/ only offers values "none" and "msdos". This means that it's impossible to create VMs that have disks that are bigger than 2Tb. It would be nice to be able to make gpt-style partitions with instance-debootstrap. -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.2.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_CA.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_CA.utf8), LANGUAGE=en_CA.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_CA.utf8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages ganeti-instance-debootstrap depends on: ii debootstrap 1.0.116 pn dump <none> ii e2fsprogs 1.45.4-1 ii fdisk 2.34-0.1 ii kpartx 0.7.9-3+b2 ii util-linux 2.34-0.1 ganeti-instance-debootstrap recommends no packages. ganeti-instance-debootstrap suggests no packages.
