* What led up to the situation?
We have two mailservers, mail replication works as expected, sieve script
replication does not, tasks affected:
creating/activating/de-activating/deletion/amendment of a script of an
active or non-active script.
An error is only reported in the logs on de-activating a script as below:

Stretch packages, creating/activating/de-activating/deletion is sync'd,
amendment of an active/non-active script is not sync'd - 2.2.27
