Package: src:bind-dyndb-ldap Version: 11.1-6 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
the BIND 9 libraries public API has been replaced by just internal private libraries where the APIs are in flux. We need to decide what to do with the package. I think that the best course of action might be engulfing the source code of the bind-dyndb-ldap into BIND 9 package and build it along with the rest of the BIND 9 to keep it very tightly coupled with BIND 9 release and not worry about the library versioning. I am pretty much sure that the whole thing will break with BIND 9.16 release because we (as in upstream) did a major refactoring of many APIs in non-backwards compatible manner. Any thoughts on that?
