Hi Michael, Apparently, I haven't made myself clear, sorry for this.
Using plymouth is very much fine *IF* it worked, but it does only partially, unfortunately. Early boot log only appears on ttySX, and not on tty0, which is why I am reporting this bug. So, maybe I don't have plymouth started at the right moment? How can I check for this? Should I reassign the bug to Plymouth? Cheers, Thomas Goirand (zigo)
