I have a framebuffer driver in the upstream kernel and have used fbset
to test the driver. Though I have not used the debian version and built
it from source for my use, I will hate to see it go away. I have looked
at the source and the docs needs to update and one change in the header
file.
I will like to maintain it if noone else has already shown interest and
if it is still orphan. I can see Guillem has updated it after making it
orphan, so not sure what the currect status is.
