Package: mailscripts Version: 0.13-1 Sigh, passing bool to argparse doesn't actually do what i want:

so "email-print-mime-structure --use-gpg-agent false" actually fails.
I propose to change it so that --use-gpg-agent becomes a simple flag,
which takes no arguments. If we ever change the default to be True,
then i'll also add a --no-use-gpg-agent flag.
