Dear maintainer,

Two days ago, your upload 2.8.91-1 of the gsoap source package started a
transition. Nearly all reverse dependencies are rebuild, but the transition
will not be done until your package migrates. Unfortunately, you didn't follow
the recommendation of the release team [1] to upload packages that start
transitions to experimental first, so your source + binary upload to unstable
now can't migrate, because binaries not build on the buildd aren't allowed to
enter testing anymore [1]. I could fix the situation of the amd64 build by
binNMU'ing the package, but that doesn't work for arch:all packages.

Please reupload your package without binaries included. Thanks.

Paul
