Package: logrotate
Version: 3.14.0-4
Severity: grave
Justification: causes non-serious data loss

When I upgraded to Debian 10 (buster), logrotate did not preserve
my configuration for /var/log/wtmp (there wasn't even a warning
about that), forcing "rotate" to 1. The consequence is that some
logs have been lost.
