At this new home are new versions available, the latest is (as today) v3.11
3.11 is coming as you can see here https://ftp-master.debian.org/deferred/ https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=946013 a nicer view of the package status in Debian https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rss2email but it doesn't show 3.11 yet cheers!
