In Ubuntu, r-bioc-iranges and r-bioc-s4vectors autopkgtests failed with r-base/3.6.2-1.
However, after the upload of r-base/3.6.2-2, both autopkgtests passed on ppc64el [1][2]. Could this be related to the change for ppc64 [3]?
