Since this request is now more frequent I plan, as the upstream maintainer of
pcsc-lite, to change the configuration to have the filtering enabled by default.
So it will not be needed for each GNU/Linux distribution to change the
packaging of pcsc-lite.
I should release a new upstream version and a new Debian package within a week.
