Popcon reports the entire installed base, so everyone e.g. running Jessie/LTS (where squid3 is the primary name) also submits. > Since this package exists to ease the difficult file re-naming those > installations may face we need to keep it around for a while longer. Debian only supports step-by-step updates; if one wants to upgrade from Debian 8 to 10, it either needs to be done as a fresh installation of 10 plus data migration or as a sequential 8->9->10 upgrade.
