Dear maintainers,

I've uploaded a new upstream version with Python 3 support to experimental; it
needs to go through the NEW queue and then needs a source-only upload to
unstable. I've done more in this upload that I'd often do in an NMU but that
seems reasonable given that it's only uploading to experimental and that
neither package nor VCS have seen any love in a very long time.

I've pushed my work to salsa at

        https://salsa.debian.org/stuart/python-drmaa

I'd be happy to push the work directly into the package's git repo if you
like.

While I've made a merge request so that these updates don't get lost, I don't
think an MR is the best way of updating the multiple branches (master,
upstream) or the multiple tags, particularly as the previous two maintainer
uploads were also not found in the VCS.

        https://salsa.debian.org/neurodebian-team/python-drmaa/merge_requests/1

(Also, is there a better team for this package to live in, the Python Modules
team for example?)

regards
Stuart
