qsf Build-Depends on libsqlite0-dev, and the resulting binary package
Depends on libsqlite0.
According to the SQLite maintainer (in a message to #607969), this is
SQLite 2, an obsolete version that is no longer maintained upstream;
its removal from Debian was proposed as long ago as 2010.
Please prefer to use the maintained libsqlite3-dev package (SQLite 3)
instead. My understanding is that SQLite 3 can open (and upgrade) all
SQLite 2 databases.
