Package: python3-pypandoc
Version: 1.4+ds0-1.1
Severity: normal

Dear maintainer,

Upstream pypandoc records pip and wheel in its setup.py as install_requires.
These requirements get carried over to the python3-pypandoc dependencies via
${python3:Depends}. However, AFAICT, nothing in pypandoc depends on pip or wheel
at runtime.

Please consider dropping these requirements, which would trim down the
dependency tree of pypandoc considerably (as python3-pip itself recommends
build-essential).

Thanks!
