Hello there, I have also encountered a real, concrete, use for eapol_test (namely, using it in an icinga2 monitoring setup, to surveil a FreeRADIUS-based WPA2 setup).
So I'll insist again; this time with a concrete pull-request:

I have refreshed Terry's patch from #81, and added a quick "make sure it
compiles" patch, and rebased this on latest wpasupplicant.
@Andrej: could you reconsider this request, under the light of this new
proposal?
