Package: libwireshark-dev
Version: 3.2.1-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

While trying to build an external dissector, I am including <epan/plugin_if.h>.
(FYI: https://github.com/T12z/TCNopen/tree/master/trdp/spy/src/trdp_spy -- I am
working on adding deb-packaging ;) )
However, the included epan/plugin_if.h itself includes <cfile.h>, which is not
packaged by any non-source package. Thus, compilation is impossible w/o pulling
the full source of wireshark.

It would be nice for easy packaging, to have that dependent header cfile.h
included in some *-dev package.
