The flashrom 1.1 tarball in sid is incomplete.
AFAICS rebuilding the package with the tarball from
https://download.flashrom.org/releases/flashrom-v1.1.tar.bz2
should fix the issue. Official release tarballs contain the generated
file versioninfo.inc which has the version info in case the directory
containing the sources is not a git checkout.
