I think have two issues here. However, would this not be better fixed centrally for *all* packages that use /usr/share/openstack-pkg-tools/pkgos.make rather than add the following snippet to redfishtool? I don't see this package doing anything particularly special, and making this change in every leaf package doesn't seem very elegant to me.
