My concerns around the "certainty" field revolve around it being
subjective and that, as outlined in my previous email, it makes ~zero
difference to a maintainer's workflow. As a result, all discussions
whether a particular "certainty" value is right or not is, at best, a
distraction from Lintian's primary job.
Therefore I don't understand how introducing any new subjective tag,
whatever its name, is the way forward here.
