GNOME Shell doesn't have a source file of that name. From codesearch.debian.net, it looks like this is most likely to be coming from chromium (or perhaps Google Chrome or an Electron app) or qtwebengine. It might be a bug in whichever chromium-derived renderer is in use, or a bug in your GLES2 graphics driver. Do you use chromium, Chrome, Electron or qtwebengine? Recent versions of GNOME Shell are meant to give each launched app its own connection to the systemd journal so that log messages are correctly attributed to the app, but apparently that isn't working here and the messages end up output to a logging file descriptor that is inherited from GNOME Shell.
