Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal mpich-3.4a4-2 has a problem due to a silent SOVERSION change in upstream; (SOVERSION set to 0). It must not progress to testing. A new release will be done based on the previous upstream release (ie 3.3.2-3 will be uploaded when 3.4~a2-2 is removed).
