This package Build-Depends on libappindicator-dev, which is deprecated and unmaintained. The supported replacement appears to be libayatana-appindicator-dev. This bug might get escalated to 'serious' severity (making it release-critical) if the maintainers of the Ayatana stack are serious about getting libappindicator removed from Debian before bullseye. smcv
