Running build-simple-cdd with defaults on bullseye produces this error:

* What led up to the situation?
1. Tried build-simple-cdd on buster and received error that
$default_desktop was blank. Believed this to be bug with older version of
tasksel.
2. Upgraded system to bullseye
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
1. Verified that file exists:
https://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/bullseye/InRelease
2. Downloaded GPG keys used to sign this file.
* What was the outcome of this action?
No change in error. Exact output same as above.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Expected images/ directory to be populated with custom ISO file
