Hi, this bug has been sitting idle for a long time.
Clicking on the links you posted 14 years ago now redirects to vim homepage. I have found here a repository of vim scripts but there seems to be several doxygen plugins: https://github.com/vim-scripts?tab=repositories&q=doxygen In any case all these have a different source than doxygen itself, so they would need an ITP bug and a separate package.
