It looks like some binaries have been removed as part of https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=958274 but they have been reintroduced shortly afterwards due to a bin-NMU. dak should really remember the removed files and refuse to reintroduce them. Or at least only reintroduce exact same files.
