It appears that this hasn't actually been resolved. i.e. after grabbing
the current sid source (and an ldd on the current libgv-guile .so also
indicates it's still built against 2.0):

  $ rgrep guile | grep -F 2.0
  debian/control: guile-2.0-dev,
  debian/control: This package contains the guile (2.0) bindings.
  debian/changelog:  * Build using guile-2.0. Closes: #746012.
  debian/changelog:    - Build using guile-2.0.
  debian/changelog:  * Build using guile-2.0.
  configure.ac:           [guile-2.0 >=
"$GUILE_VERSION_MAJOR.$GUILE_VERSION_MINOR"],
  .pc/build_with_libann.patch/configure.ac:               [guile-2.0 >=
"$GUILE_VERSION_MAJOR.$GUILE_VERSION_MINOR"],
  .pc/versioned-plugin-config-file.diff/configure.ac:             [guile-2.0 >=
"$GUILE_VERSION_MAJOR.$GUILE_VERSION_MINOR"],
  .pc/50_remove_changelog_in/configure.ac:                [guile-2.0 >=
"$GUILE_VERSION_MAJOR.$GUILE_VERSION_MINOR"],
  .pc/ruby-config.diff/configure.ac:              [guile-2.0 >=
"$GUILE_VERSION_MAJOR.$GUILE_VERSION_MINOR"],

Oh, and if feasible, please consider migrating directly to guile-3.0
instead.

Thanks
