Bug#956845: FreeHEP 2.4 and its reverse dependencies

Hello,

Just for the record. I am on my way test-rebuilding FreeHEP's reverse
dependencies with v2.4. Here are the results:

* geogebra: FTBFS; geogebra's maintainer said it's OK to drop the package;
* sweethome3d: OK;
* scilab: to be tested.
