OpenRC uses CGroup to manage services. With correct installation, find /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc shows like /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/agetty.tty5 /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/cron /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/rsyslog /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/qemu-guest-agent /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/agetty.tty6 /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/agetty.tty4 /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/exim4 /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/atop /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/atd /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/atopacct /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/ssh /sys/fs/cgroup/openrc/dbus But Debian package of openrc does not utilize cgroup, because /etc/init.d/cgroups in the original distribution is deleted by "debian/rules".
