Hi pbuilder Team,

it appears / is not a mountpoint in a cowbuilder environment, as
Mark (see below) has submitted test failures in util-linux in such
an environment.

Now util-linux assumes that / is a mountpoint on any Linux or BSD it
builds on; this strikes me as a reasonable assumption ("what else
could it be?"). I'm not saying the util-linux test suite should not
make such assumptions, but generally it would be great if the Debian
tools for building packages behaved in more consistently.

Therefore: please make / a real mountpoint in cowbuilder
environments to avoid surprises.
