Sorry for the late reply. I was asked to write a more detailed copyright notice because the current one is considered not to be "good enough" by one of the FTP masters. I could try to switch to DEP5-style copyright file, but that would be a huge waste of time in my opinion. So for now, it would help if somebody could do a copyright and license review that could help to improve the current copyright file, but without going full DEP-5. Thanks.
