Package: rinse

Hi,

rinse doesn't work with cpio 2.13+dfsg-2 (at least).

This cpio version doesn't support --extract-over-symlinks which makes
the unpacking command in rinse die with "failed to extract"

I don't know exactly why, or if, --extract-over-symlinks isn't
available. But it completely breaks rinse.
