Hi,
Here is how you can reproduce it:
Open an image directly (so that the URL of the image is in the
location bar). Then choose ``File -> Save As...''. Galeon writes
the following HTML to the image file instead of the binary data:

<head>
<base href="$URL">
</head>
<body>
<img alt="The image “$URL” cannot be displayed, because it
contains errors." src="$URL">
</body>
</html>
Where $URL ist the URL of the image from the location bar. The
context menu ``Save Image As...'' however works as expected.
