as discussed on #933128, the Debian Perl team wants to remove libparse-debianchangelog-perl. After 10 months of work, all reverse dependencies were ported away from libparse-debianchangelog-perl, except customdeb, for which I've just filed another ROM bug report. Thanks in advance!
