When mail is from someone with UTF8 encoded name such as
"=?UTF-8?B?QW5kcsOp?= <u...@example.com>" the sender is not displayed.

When mail has a UTF8 subject such as
"=?UTF-8?Q?Re=3a_A_blast_from_the_past_=f0=9f=98=8e?=" the subject is not
displayed and it is not possible to read the message.
