As I understand it, after loading QtWebEngine there is not enough memory for libglapi.so.0's TLS (thread-local storage) block, so loading that library fails. Loading it before QtWebEngine fixes it. This is a workaround, not a proper fix yet. -- Dmitry Shachnev
