I found https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/QINU_fix via https://github.com/Mediawiki-wysiwyg/WYSIWYG-CKeditor/issues/105 but I am not sure whether that explains the diffence between Debian and Ubuntu. But perhaps that gives something to go on? ael
