libf2c2-dev is not presently coinstallable with itself on multiple
architectures. Doing so is useful for developping applications on
multiple architectures at the same time. It is not required for cross
building packages. As it happens, the multiarch hinter already says that
coinstallation would be safe, all we have to do here is add the
"Multi-Arch: same" tag to libf2c2-dev. Please consider applying the
attached patch.
